MRCA Parks Series

AIR is pleased to share our series of Mountains Recreation & Conservation Authority parks featuring spectacular & relaxing destinations in the Los Angeles area.  The series contains material we filmed following the devastating Woolsey Fire when MRCA hired AIR to capture drone footage of nature's regrowth and the lush 2019’s Springtime beauty of their parks, with particular attention to locations available for film, commercial, TV, music video & photography with required permits.

AIR is thankful for MRCA, their staff and community leaders for preserving open spaces for us to enjoy, especially now.  Please follow posted park rules regarding masks & social distancing.

For more information about MRCA and about filming and photography at their parks, please visit: www.lamountains.com

Note: Any and all drone activity in any MRCA park requires prior permit approval.

Michael D. Antonovich Regional Park at Joughin Ranch

Location scouts are drawn to Michael D. Antonovich Regional Park at Joughin Ranch’s vistas, winding roads & rolling hills covered with dramatic oak trees and even grazing cattle. Less than 35 miles from DTLA, hikers, mtn bikes & equestrians head to this 2,326 acre park to escape city life. This protected open space is home to raptors -- the golden eagle, great horned owl, red-tailed & Copper’s hawks and many threatened plant species.
